Bag Loading: Vacuum suckers pick pre-made pouches from the magazine and transfer them stably to the rotary clamp.
Date Coding: Non-contact inkjet printing marks production dates, expiry dates and batch numbers on pouches. High-definition laser coding is optional.
Pouch Opening: High-pressure air or mechanical fingers open pouch mouths steadily for accurate filling.
Primary Filling: It supports auger, volumetric cup and liquid pump meters for precise main and large-volume filling.
Secondary Filling / Reserved Station: The flexible station supports auxiliary filling for sauce packets and dried vegetables. It can also be reserved for inspection and material settling for complex packaging.
Sealing Pre-treatment: The machine cleans pouch residue and smooths curled edges to ensure perfect airtight sealing.
Precision Sealing: Temperature-controlled sealing jaws apply precise heat and pressure to form firm airtight seals for different pouch materials.
Seal Shaping: Cooled and pressure-shaped seals release stress for flatter, stronger, neater and more premium sealing results.
