Working Principle of Vacuum Premade Pouch Packing Machine

The automatic vacuum premade pouch packing machine completes the whole packaging process automatically. It picks empty pouches, opens pouches, fills materials, extracts air inside bags and finishes heat sealing in sequence to achieve vacuum preservation of products.

The machine adopts rotary multi-station layout. Different packaging steps are distributed on independent stations and run simultaneously. This structural design greatly improves working efficiency and supports continuous long-cycle production for food processing factories.

Equipped with an independent vacuum system, the machine discharges air uniformly inside each pouch for stable vacuum effect. It works well with composite vacuum bags, aluminum foil bags and retort pouches, widely applied for cooked food, seafood, nuts and pickled goods.
